Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship from Silverdale to all mainland states and territories. Freight is quoted at the time of order. Most metro deliveries are 2–3 business days; regional is 4–7 days.
Can I order a mixed pallet — different thicknesses or products?
Absolutely. We have no minimum per SKU. You can mix 12mm, 18mm and 33mm MagnaFloor on the same order, or combine MagnaFloor and MagnaClad. Just tell us what you need.
What fasteners should I use?
For most applications, Type 17 self-drilling screws in 10-gauge (flooring) or 8-gauge (lining). Full fastener schedules are in each product's install guide, available in the Resources library.
Are the panels compatible with underfloor heating?
Yes. MGO has good thermal conductivity and is dimensionally stable with heat. The 18mm and 33mm MagnaFloor panels are the most common choice for hydronic underfloor heating.
Can MagnaLiner replace plasterboard in a BAL-rated area?
Yes. MagnaLiner is Class A1 non-combustible — the same fire classification as concrete. It can replace standard plasterboard in any BAL-rated application. Check with your certifier for area-specific requirements.
Do you offer bulk pricing for large projects?
Yes. Call or email with your project volume and we'll quote accordingly. For projects over 500m², we'll also assign a dedicated contact for the duration of the job.
